According to the site:

The first movement is in an approximate sonata form, with two halves that each repeat. One delightful theme is heard throughout the work, presented in a minor mode at the beginning of the second half and interrupted soon after by a very short second theme, making this an unusually monothematic example. The second movement is an elegant triple-meter Andante in AAB form. The third Presto movement recalls the energy of the first, with playful changes in texture capturing Mozart’s youthfulness.
