National Geographic is giving you the chance to win Nat Geo Adventure summer gear.

Lifeguard! returns for a second season, keeping thousands of beachgoers under control on Southern California’s famous beaches and if you’re looking for some excitement the October long weekend, the Bondi Rescue all-day marathon is a ‘shore thing.’ Catch your favourite episodes as the boys in blue tackle drownings, lost children, drug overdoses, thieves, shark scares, bluebottle plagues and perverts on Australia’s busiest beach.
