TENA pads use Super Absorbent Polymers which absorb 100 times their own weight in fluid to increase absorbency properties, lock away the urine to keep you dry and also lock away any potential odours.

Additionally TENA pads have a hydrophillic top sheet, that means that it loves water and absorbs it fast to keep you feeling drier. Finally TENA products are designed with different layers to allows for multiple wettings into the product whilst still absorbing and keeping you feeling dry.
