According to the site

To get your free packet of seeds, like their Facebook page, register for the Yates Garden Club and answer the question “tell us your plans for the spring garden.”
The offer is open until 30 November 2012 or while stocks last; given that there are only 2,000 packets available I’d think this would be lucky if it was still available in a weeks time.
